Rich Improvements LLC started as a remodeling company in upstate New York and Massachusetts in the mid 1980s and made its way out west to Utah in the mid 1990s. We started incorporating our skill for fine detail and a personal desire to build not just houses – but homes that will stand the test of time. We brought that passion with us to Utah and the work continues today. Our network of sub contractors operate with the same desire, integrity, and a love for what they do.
